Important to Know:

• Each booking is for a group of up to eight people. If more are to attend please call us.
• No spectators or dogs are permitted during the experience.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• If poor weather prevents your Hawk Walk, we’ll offer an alternative date—or a refund (minus booking fees) if a new date cannot be arranged.

Before You Arrive:

• The experience takes place at The Wild Boar, Windermere. Or we can come to your venue. If you would like us to visit you, please check the date you require is free on the calendar below, then call us so we may arrange a visit beforehand to ensure your venue is safe for our birds.
• Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear.
• If you’d like to dine at the award-winning Wild Boar restaurant afterwards, please book directly with them in advance to reserve a table.
